The short version
This site does not set cookies and does not store your email address. If you subscribe, your address goes to Substack, which sends the newsletter.

The site has no other forms, no advertising and no third-party trackers.
Processors and transfers
Substack Inc. and Amazon Web Services process data on TensorUp's behalf. Both store data in the United States.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask for a summary of the personal data held about you, have it corrected or erased, nominate someone to exercise your rights, and withdraw consent at any time. Unsubscribing from any newsletter email withdraws consent for the mailing list. Write to privacy@tensorup.ai; you will get a reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Age
The newsletter is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please do not subscribe.
Changes
Any change to this notice is dated above. A new kind of data collection, such as user accounts, will be added here before it goes live.
